Frequently Asked Questions
Can I return a product if I’ve opened or used it?
No. For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. If your item is faulty or damaged, please email us at contact@mrbloor.com and we’ll put it right.
How long will delivery take?

UK Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch.

UK Express Delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch.
We usually dispatch orders within 2–3 working days.
Do you ship internationally?
Not through our online store at the moment. However, if you’re outside the UK, email us at contact@mrbloor.com and we’ll do our best to arrange delivery direct.
Do your products contain artificial chemicals?
No. We use no artificial chemicals whatsoever. Every Mr Bloor product is made from 100% natural, organic ingredients.
How do I know what’s in the product?
The ingredients listed on the label are exactly what’s inside. All products are handmade in our own sterilised kitchen environment to the highest standards.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes. All Mr Bloor products are cruelty-free. We never test on animals.
